About GHz Academy and who can use it

GHz Academy is an online telecom training academy. These terms apply to anyone who visits the site, creates an account, or takes a course. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when you create an account. Students must verify their email. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else used your account.

Courses

Courses are delivered online. Access to a paid course starts after an academy admin confirms that payment has been received.

Registration and payment

When you register, your request is pending. After you pay, it is marked paid. An admin then confirms the registration, and you are enrolled. Until confirmation, you do not have full course access.

Refunds and cancellations

Student conduct and academic honesty

Be respectful in classes and messages. Homework and quizzes must be your own work. Do not share answers, copy another student’s work, or use another person’s account.

Trainer content and intellectual property

Course materials, slides, and recordings belong to GHz Academy and its trainers. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, or share them publicly without written permission.

Certificates

Certificates are issued after you meet the course requirements (such as attendance and average). A certificate can be revoked in cases of misconduct or error.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other learners, or is used in a way that puts the academy at risk.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
