What we collect

We collect your name, email, account and login data, registration and payment references, homework and quiz submissions, grades, attendance, and certificates.

Why we use it

We use this information to run courses, confirm payments, grade work, issue certificates, and send account emails (such as verification and password reset).

Who can see it

You can see your own data. Trainers for your courses can see work, grades, and attendance needed to teach. Academy admins can see data needed to run the academy. Public certificate verification shows only the name, course, and issue date — not scores, email, or account IDs.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication and the database that stores academy records.

Retention, access, and deletion
